I have a rare form of cancer that causes severe skin dryness. For years, this Eucerin moisturizer was the only product that provided real relief, and I became a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the recent formula change has been devastating. I was hopeful it was just updated packaging, but the difference is unmistakable. The new formula simply doesn't work the same way. It's not as thick or as moisturizing. I'm now searching stores to stock up on any remaining old formula products. After years of finding something that worked, I'm heartbroken at the prospect of having to start over with a new moisturizer search. Please consider bringing back the original formula or at least offering it as an alternative option.

I was a big fan of this until the recent obvious formula change. While only a packaging change was stated, I can feel that it has become much less thick and less effective. It was the only thing that helped my eczema prone skin, and now it is no longer working. If there is any thicker lotions, I would happily try them, but for now my skin is suffering.
